司盘-80质量指标与乳化液稳定性关系的研究

Study on Relations Between the Quality Index of Span-80 and the Stability of Emulsion

介绍了司盘 - 80有关指标与乳化液稳定性的关系 ,实验结果表明 :在一定范围内增加酯化物含量、放宽羟值的范围、降低水分含量有利于乳化液稳定性的提高 ,由不同质量油酸生产的司盘 -80的酸值 ,对乳化液稳定性的影响不具有可比性。

The relations between the index of span-80 and the stability of emulsion were introduced in this paper. Test result showed that in the limit range to increase the volume of esterification matter, to relax the range of hydroxyl value and to reduce the moisture content is profitable to increase the stability of emulsion. The acid value of span-80 that was made from different quality oil acid had not comparability with the stability of emulsion.
