摘要
原发性肺动脉肉瘤是起源于动脉内膜并且少见的恶性肿瘤,经常难以与肺动脉栓塞鉴别,给准确诊断与治疗带来困难.我们报道了一例肺动脉肉瘤患者并复习相关文献,旨在提高对肺动脉肿瘤认识及诊断治疗水平.
