摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立2 000 t压力机横梁结构有限元模型,并进行分析计算,得出了横梁总成的应力分布和位移变化,全面掌握了横梁的结构强度及刚度薄弱部位;通过模态分析,得出了横梁总成的前10阶固有频率及振型,分析掌握了压力机横梁的动态特性,为压力机优化改进设计提供理论数据。
This paper developed a finite element model for the beam structure of a 2 000 t press using the Workbench in software ANSYS and also used Workbench in software ANSYS to conduct the analysis and calculation and obtained the stress distribution and displacement of the beam assembly,and a complete control of the weak parts for the beam’ s structural strength and rigidity was attained.Through modal analysis,the top ten order natural frequency of the beam assembly and the modes were reached,as a result,the dynamic characteristics of the beam were gained,which Provided important theoretical data for the optimization and design improvment of the press.
