高校图书馆CIO制度建立的必然性与实现

The Construction Necessity and Realization of University Library CIO System

介绍了高校图书馆CIO制度研究现状;探讨了高校图书馆导入CIO制度的必然性以及高校图书馆CIO应该具备的职责、权限、能力;结合图书馆信息化建设实践情况设计了高校图书馆导入CIO的管理制度和"一把手+信息化副馆长(CIO)"的组织体系模式。

With the development of information resource management,the CIO has become a system in lots of large-scale enterprises and government departments.Based on the concept of CIO,firstly,this paper introduced the research status of library CIO in universities.Then,the authors mainly analysed the inevitability of this system,discussed the responsibilities,authorities and ability of library CIO in universities should have,,and finally,combining the practice of library information construction,the management system and organizational system of ＂the leader and the information assistant university librarian（CIO）＂ are introduced.
