摘要
高校图书馆人本化服务就是以读者的需求为中心面向读者提供服务。在成都工业学院学生中进行了抽样调查的研究,依据印度图书馆学家阮冈纳赞的"图书馆学五定律"对图书馆人本化服务提出了对策。
The university library people-oriented service is this in which the needs of readers are taken as central tasks.The authors made a sample survey of Chengdu Technological University students’ requirements for libraries and analyzed the results of the survey.In accordance with "the Five Laws of Library service" presented by Indian library scientist Ranganathan,a clear response was put forward for people-oriented service in university libraries.
