公务员职业道德及其内容标准的分析

我国公务员的品德,包括政治品德、职业道德、社会公德、家庭美德和个人品德。其中政治品德是方向,职业道德是核心,社会公德、家庭美德与个人品德是基础。在政治体制确定之后,公务员的职业道德对党和国家事业的兴衰起着至关重要的作用。研究国内有关公务员职业道德内容的现状,通过整理公务员职业道德的内涵和内容,认为为民爱民、爱岗敬业、清正廉洁、公平公正、求真务实与公共利益至上等要素是公务员职业道德内容要求的重要方面。

The moral characters of our civil servants include political moral, professional ethics, social ethics, family virtues and personal qualities. Among those moral characters, political moral guides the way, professional ethics is the core, while social ethics, family virtues and personal moral lays the foundations. Once the political system established,the professional ethics of civil servants plays a vital role for the party and the nation. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of professional ethics. Based on the research, the authors argue that major aspects of professional ethics include： loving and working for people, dedicating to work,honest, fair, truth-seeking and pragmatic,putting public interest first and so on.
