从1949年到2009年,一些重要年份记录了中国人权建设的伟大成就,站在这些历史节点上,可以看到中国从争主权、国权,到维护人民整体生存权、发展权,再到"以人为本"、保护每个人的自由与尊严的发展历程。中国逐步走出了一条适合本国国情的特色人权之路,并在走向世界的过程中主动地把握人权话语权,向世界展示中国人权状况的同时,已把人权作为中国社会发展、对外合作交流的重要主题。

From 1949 to 2009, some important year record of China＇s human rights construction of great achievements, standing in these historical nodes,can see China from the struggles for sovereignty, to maintain people＇s rights to survival and development,to the＂ people-oriented＂,and to protect the individual freedom and dignity of the development process.
