围绕长吉图先导区发展目标,以长吉图地区的GDP历史数据和投融资形势为基础,分析长吉图先导区固定资产投资的供求关系,探索长吉图先导区系统性融资的路径,提出优化金融生态环境、完善金融市场体系、拓展多元融资渠道、推进体制政策创新等保障长吉图先导区系统性融资的对策措施。

According to the development target of Changjitu development and open pilot area, the GDP historical data and the investment and financing situation as the foundation, this paper firstly analyses the supply and demand of Changjitu pilot area＇s fixed assets investment, then explores the systematic financing path, finally puts forward some countermeasures for ensuring Changjitu pilot area＇s systematic financing on optimizing the financial ecological environment, improving the financial market system,developing the multiple financing channels, promoting system and policy innovation.
