摘要
本文采用SiO2 (66 5 ) B2 O3 (2 5 ) Na2 O(8 5 )的基体玻璃 ,通过二次成型法将粉碎至一定粒度的基体玻璃与隔离剂混合均匀 ,置于 85 0℃的炉中 ,制备出基体微珠。然后于 5 60℃分相 ,90℃ 3mol/LHCl溶液浸析 ,获得了具有良好负载性能的多孔玻璃微珠载体。研究了多孔玻璃微珠的物理特性、机械强度、负载性能以及负载抗溶出特性 ,并阐述了多孔玻璃微珠在工业上的应用。
The porous glass beads were made from the base glass with the composition of SiO 2(66 5) B 2O 3(25) Na 2O(8 5)by twice melting process:first,the base glass was crushed into powder with a certain particle size,mixed with isolative agent,and put into a furnace at 850℃ to make glass beads;then,the glass beads were phase separated at 560℃,leached at 90℃,3mol/L HCl solution to obtain the porous glass beads with good load capacity.Their physical property,mechanical strength,load capacity and anti resolving ability were investigated.And their application in industry was also introduced in this paper.
