摘要
用HMC 6 0催化剂催化α 蒎烯异构化反应 ,考察了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对反应结果的影响 ,研究了反应动力学。确定在 140~ 156℃范围α 蒎烯异构化反应均为一级反应。分别求出在 140、150和 156℃时的反应速率常数为 4 .4 1× 10 - 4、4 6 9× 10 - 4和 5.11× 10 - 4;表观活化能为 1.75kJ/mol,频率因子A =5.314×10 - 4。建立了反应速率方程式和反应速率常数与温度的关系式。
In this paper,the reaction of α pinene isomerization on HMC 60 catalyst was studied,and the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of catalyst were investigated.It was found that the reaction was of the first order at 140~156?℃.Reaction rate constant was 4.41×10 -4 ,4.69×10 -4 ,5.11×10 -4 at 140,150 and 156?℃ respectively.Apparent activation energy was 1.75 kJ/mol,frequency factor was 5.314×10 -4 .The rate equation and the correlated relation between reaction rate constant and temperature were established.
