摘要
对费托合成复杂反应体系的单颗粒催化剂进行了基于详细动力学的模型化和模拟。在模型建立中 ,用状态方程关联了多组分气相主体在催化剂孔道中蜡的溶解平衡 ,同时探讨了在被蜡填充的催化剂颗粒的孔道中的主要反应行为 ,初步考察了颗粒内扩散 -反应在不同操作温度和压力下的匹配规律。
Based on a detailed kinetics model, a model of catalyst pellests for complex Fischer Tropsch synthesis was developed, and a novel correlation developed by using the SRK equation of state was applied to account for the gas liquid equilibrium relationship between the gas bulk and the wax solvent in the catalyst pores. Then, the main reaction performances of Fischer Tropsch synthesis in the wax filled pores were discussed by using the proposed model. Furthermore, the match relationship between the diffusion and the reaction in catalyst pellets at different temperatures and pressures was also investigated. [WT5HZ]
