摘要
对邻甲苯胺与甲醇气固相烷基化合成 2 ,6-二甲基苯胺进行了研究 ,首次推导出该复杂反应的网络图。
The process of synthesizing 2,6-dimethylaniline with orthe-toluide and methanol by vapor-solid phase alkylation was studied. The distributions of product concentration with different reaction time were measured, and the ratio of prduct's concentration to reaction time was deduced. According to this, a reaction network for this process was deduced for the first time. It was indicated that this complicated reaction was confirmed to be coupling parallel and consecative reactions. The orthe-toluide was alkyled to producing N,2-dimethyl benzenamine from which the 2,6-dimethylaniline was produced by shifting methyl from ammonie to orthe position.
