摘要
在低温粉碎工程中 ,振动流化床常用于固体颗粒的预冷。为了深入认识振动流化床低温下气固传热的特性 ,本文介绍了在不同的振幅、气流速度和料层厚度下低温实验的结果 ,通过分析实验结果首次得到振动流化床中低温气固的传热关联式Nu=0 .1 0 7Re1 .0 1 Gu2 .0 1与普通流化床相比 ,由于引入了振动 ,振动流化床气固传热换热系数大幅度提高。
In cryogenic comminution engineering vibrated fluidized bed (VFB) is used as the procooler to cool rubber particles. To have a good understanding of the heat transfer process in VFB, a series of experiments has been done with different amplitudes, gas velocities, and particles' thickness. The temperature distributions in the sample particles were measured and illustrated. The gas-solid heat transfer correlation in the VFB was first obtained as follows Nu=0.107Re1.01Gu2.01 Compared with common fluidized bed the coefficient of heat transfer in VFB is greatly increased by introducing vibration.
