高校教师是高等教育的实践者和开拓者.随着高校教育改革和社会的进一步发展,社会对高校教师在数量、质量、科类和层次结构上都提出了新的要求.运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河南省高校体育院系教师师资队伍现状进行了调查研究,找出河南省高校体育院系教师师资队伍存在的问题,提出科学、合理的发展对策,为河南省高校体育教育事业的发展和教师队伍的建设提供参考.

This paper uses research methods such as literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the present situation of the PE teaching faculty in the universities of Henan province,finding out the existing problems.It aims to propose a scientific and reasonable solution for the development of PE educational cause in Henan province and to provide reference for the construction of teaching faculty.
