腐殖酸钠类耐高温调剖剂的优化及性能考察 被引量:4

摘要 针对高温蒸汽开发稠油油田时近井地带需耐280~290℃高温的需求,实验对腐殖酸钠进行硝化改性,且配制了以腐殖酸钠或硝基腐殖酸钠为主剂,以交联剂和聚丙烯酰胺为助剂的两种耐高温调剖剂;通过实验优化出配比后,考察了两体系的耐温性、耐盐性,及温度、pH值对调剖剂性能的影响。结果表明,腐殖酸钠调剖剂能耐220℃,适用地层矿化度在14 000×10-6以内;硝基腐殖酸钠调剖剂能耐290℃,适用地层矿化度在12 000×10-6以内;在储层普遍高温80~200℃,温度对两体系的影响都不大;两体系的适用pH范围均为7~10。两体系的耐温性都很好,且后者的耐温性能优于前者。 To meet the need of high-temperature-resistant property near wellbore area of profile control agent in the high-temperature-steam development of heavy-oil oilfield, sodium humate was modified with nitric acid, and both of sodium humate and nitro-sodium humate were used as based agents oftwo high-temperature-resistant profile control agents,with crosslinkers and hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PAM)as additives. After the ratios of the two systems were optimized through experiments, theirtemperature-resistance, salt-tolerance properties and the influences of temperature, pH on their gela- tion performance were investigated. The results showed that sodium humate system can tolerate 220℃, and its applicable stratum salinity is within 14 000 × 10-6. Nitro-sodium humate system can stand 290 ℃, and its applicable stratum salinity is in 12 000 × 10-6. Within common high-temperature range(80~200 ℃)of reservoirs, temperature has little influence on their profile-control performance. Both of the two systems' suitable pH ranges are from 7 to 10. Both of the two systems have good high-tern-perature-resistant performance,and the the former's is better than the latter's.
