成人股骨头缺血坏死的影像诊断

The early imaging findings of ischemia and necrosis of femoral head in adults

目的探讨成人股骨头缺血坏死的早期影像表现。方法回顾性分析了20例病人的各种影像学特征及各期的影像学表现。结果综合影像学所见,病人分为Ⅰ期3例,Ⅱ期7例,Ⅲ期6例,Ⅳ期4例。结论结合影像学特征对本病作出早期诊断至关重要,以利于早期治疗。

Objective To investigate the early imaging findings of ischemia and necrosis of femoral head in adults.Methods A retrospective study of imaging findings of 20 patients with ischemia and necrosis of femoral head was carried out.Results According to the imaging findings,there were 3 cases categorized as stage Ⅰ,7 as stage Ⅱ,6 as stage Ⅲ and 4 as stage Ⅳ.Conclusion Early diagnosis of ischemia and necrosis of femoral head in adults with imaging modalities is cruial for the early treatment.
