目的探讨腺垂体功能减退症患者的护理方法。方法 70例垂体功能减退症患者的内科治疗,加强病恶性肿瘤观察、做好临床护理工作,积极抢救危象患者。结果经治疗及临床护理工作患者疗效满意。结论通过临床护理工作使患者能维持正常的代谢和生活,患者不发生垂体危象。

Objective To study the impairment of the anterior pituitary patients nursing methods. Methods 70 cases of the im- pairment of the anterior pituitary patients in the Department of Internal Medicine treatment, strong the power of observed the ma- lignant tumors, do well in the clinical of nursing, positive to rescue the crisis in patients. Results The patients were all satisfied with the treatment and the nursing. Conclusion The clinical nursing can make the patients have the normal metabolism lives, pa- tients do not have more risk to have the pituitary crisis.
