慢性胰腺炎100例64层螺旋CT影像分析

摘要 目的探讨慢性胰腺炎的CT灌注特点及与临床的相关性,初步探讨慢性胰腺炎的诊断特点。方法选择该院收治的慢性胰腺炎100例作为观察组,选择同期收治的急腹症100例作为对照组,本组患者有正常胰腺组织。2组都采用64层螺旋CT影像灌注分析。结果 100例临床经病理诊断为胰腺癌的患者都经过CT确诊,准确率为100.0%。观察组与对照组的BF和BVS平均值对比差异明显明显(P<0.05);MTT的平均值差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性胰腺炎64层螺旋CT影像灌注分析准确率高,同时有利于微观数据的观察,其在肿瘤诊断方面一定会显示出巨大的临床应用价值。
