摘要
目的:研究肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力与自我效能感的关系。方法:对514名肿瘤医院临床护士进行自我效能感与护士核心能力的问卷调查,了解肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力现状,探讨肿瘤医院临床护士自我效能感对核心能力的影响。结果:肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力总分为(141.98±34.06);自我效能感总分为(24.23±5.34)。相关分析显示,自我效能感与肿瘤医院临床护士核心能力呈正相关(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,排除人口学资料对于护士核心能力的影响,自我效能感进入方程后的R^2为0.58。自我效能感可独立预测护士核心能力的12.0%。结论:从护士自我效能感层面采取干预,可提高核心能力,从而改善临床护理服务质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical nurses'self-efficacy and the core capabilities in cancer hospital, and analyze the relationships between them.Metbod:A total 514 nurses in 2 cancer hospitals recruited by convenience sampling method and irivestigated with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN) and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Resnlt:The core capabilities total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was (141.98 ± 34.06).The Self-efficacy total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was(24.234 ± 5.340).The Self-efficacy and core competencies of the Cancer Hospital nurses was positively eorrelated(P〈0.01).The hierarchical stepwise regression analysis indicate:Exclude the impact of demographic data for the core competencies of nurses and self-efficacy into the equation, the R2 was 0.58.the Self-efficacy could predictor independently 12.0%. Conclusion:Improving the clinical nurses' self-efficacy has significant role to raise levels of the core capabilities in the cancer hospital, and improve quality of nursing work.
