脾破裂48例诊治体会

The Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment in 48 Patients with Splenic Rupture

目的:探讨外伤性脾破裂诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院48例外伤性脾破裂的临床资料。结果:本组保守治疗8例,全部成功;手术治疗40例,治愈39例,死亡1例。切口感染2例,膈下脓肿1例,粘连性肠梗阻1例。结论:根据损伤程度选择非手术治疗和手术治疗,是脾损伤确切有效的治疗方法。

Objective ：To discuss the methods of diagnosis and treatment of splenic traumatic rupture.Methods ：The clinical data of 48 patients with rupture of spleen treated in Liangxiang Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results ：8 cases were treated with nonoperatively, all of them were cured.40 cases were treated by operation, 39 cases were cured and 1 case died during operation.Incision infection in 2 eases, diaphragmatic abscess in 1 case, adhesion ileus in 1 case.Conclusion ：According to the degree of damage decide the treatment, is an effective method for use in the treatment of rupture of spleen.
