不同诱导因子对苹果轮纹病菌抗药性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了明确苹果轮纹病菌的生长规律和抗药性。从有代表性的苹果种植区采集并分离了26个苹果轮纹病菌菌株,利用不同因子进行诱导处理,然后采用菌丝生长速率法测定其对戊唑醇的抗药性。结果表明:ZZ42、YT1、XX3、HX11、YC6和SS2菌株在戊唑醇的长期处理下EC50值有明显变化;在紫外线照射下,SS1、ZZ2、RS2、YC5和RS1菌株的EC50值被改变;在电磁波处理下,SS2、LY10、LY20、YC5和PY19菌株的EC50值有变化;在水杨酸处理下,RS1、LY20、YC5、LY2、XX3和SS1菌株的EC50值被改变。不同因子对同一菌株的影响不同,同一因子的不同浓度或强度对同一菌株的影响也不一样,但有些因子在一定浓度或强度下,对病菌抗性有明显的影响。 The objective of the study is to elucidate Botryosphaeria dothidea of growth rule and resistance. 26 strains of Botryosphaeria dothidea were isolated from typical and representative location,different factors induction processing, and the sensitivities of everyone strains to triazole fungicide tebuconazole were measured by colonial growth-rate. The results showed that EC^0 of ZZ42,YT1,XX3, HX 11, YC6 and SS2 strains were changed by tebuconazole ; ECs0 of SS 1, ZZ2, RS2, YC5 and RS 1 strains were changed by Uv rays ; ECs0 of SS2, LY 10, LY20, YC5 and PY 19 strains were changed by electromagnetic wave ;ECho of RS1, LY20, YC5, LY2,XX3 and SS 1 strains were changed by salicylic acid. Different factors on the influence of the same species was different,the same factor of different concentrations or intensity to the same strains influence was not the same,But some factors in certain concentration or intensity, resistance to germs had apparent effect.
