脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C医学检验探析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取84例脑梗死患者做为观察组,同时选取无脑血管病变的患者61例做为对照组,分别检测两组患者血清胱抑素C水平,比较治疗一个月后进展性脑梗死患者和无进展性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C水平,分析血清胱抑素C水平与脑梗死病变及预后的相关性,探讨血清胱抑素C水平检测对脑梗死的诊断价值。结果观察组患者血清胱抑素C水平显著高于对照组患者;治疗一个月后,有进展性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C水平正常2例,恶化16例;无进展性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C水平正常25例,恶化5例。结论血清胱抑素C水平升高是脑梗死的危险因素,可提示脑梗死患者预后情况,可作为脑梗死发生、发展的参考指标,脑梗死诊断及确定治疗方案具有重要意义。
