The 62-year-old Huang Weichang, who has over 45 years of experience in the jewellery business, is still busy in Lukfook Jewellery Group and assumes the position as executive director and executive president. Huang Lanshi often jokingly refers to him as 'work strongman'. With the sensitiveness towards statistics and the experience in the accounting firms, Huang Lanshi always provides perfect support for every plan and decision. Considering Huang Lanshi’s major in auditing, her father has a lot of confidence in the data she provides. The Lukfook Jewellery has been developing rapidly in recent years, with the number of stores mushrooming to more than 860. However, as the father Huang Weichang says, the ultimate goal is not the expansion of stores, but to provide the best choice for the customers--and that’s what Huang Lanshi firmly keeps in mind.
