摘要
在远程教育界,关于助学教师的素质要求已有大量成熟的研究,按图索骥,远程助学教师的培养路径似应比较清晰。然而在大规模的教师远程培训陆续开展之际,一方面,对于助学教师的需求量激增,而培养时间却严重缩水,使得短时间内培养合格的助学教师成为教师培训领域的专业化难题;另一方面,因助学教师的聘用停留在完成任务层面,缺乏开展远程教学的持续动力,这也使得助学教师的可持续保有成为另一难题。本文以多个大规模教师远程培训项目为研究平台,从"速成"角度总结了"聚焦关键短板"、"提供工作支架"、"引入选拔机制"等"攻略",以解决培养时间严重缩水的问题;从"可持续保有"角度分析了"培养工作认同"、"化解事务性工作"、"提供发展创新空间"等"攻略",提供了远程助学教师专业发展的持续动力,希望为从事远程培训的同行们提供有益的借鉴。
With the carrying out of large scale teachers" distance training programs, two major problems appear. One is the soring need for tutors when the time of their development is dramatically reduced, which leads to the problem of the developing of qualified ttaors in a haste ment of tutors only aims to finish the tasks Meanwhile, the retaining of tutors is and they lack continuing professional another problem because the employ- ment impetus. Based on the research platforms of some large scale teachers ~ training program, this paper summarizes applicable strategies to solve the first problem by "focusing on short board", "providing work scaffolds" and "introducing selection mechanism". For the second problem, the authors analyze a number of strategies which include "culturing job identification", "resolving routine works" and "offerring development and innovation space" and so on. The authors hope these strategies may offer some useful references for peers when they implement distance training.
