畅迪脱敏治疗效果与IgE及微量元素锰的关系研究

Research on relations between desensitization therapy effect of Dermatophagoides farinae drops and elements of manganese IgE

目的研究畅迪治疗粉尘螨过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果与IgE及微量元素的关系,为临床治疗过敏性鼻炎提供参考依据。方法对确诊为粉尘螨过敏的过敏性鼻炎的患者80例,在使用畅迪(粉尘螨滴剂)治疗前,分别测定IgE水平及微量元素锰,应用畅迪1年后了解治疗效果,分析对比治疗效果与不同IgE水平及微量元素锰的关系。结果经统计分析,使用畅迪治疗过敏性鼻炎1年后,2组的症状改良百分率最高,达74.7%,组间症状改良百分率有统计学意义(P<0.05);低锰组比正常组的症状改良百分率低,经检验有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2组(IgE100～200U/ml)使用畅迪的疗效比1组(IgE0～100U/ml)与3组(IgE>200U/ml)的疗效好,3组(IgE>200U/ml)用畅迪的疗效比1组(IgE0～100U/ml)的疗效好;低锰组用畅迪的疗效较正常组的差。

Objective To study the desensitization therapy effect of Dermatophagoides farinae drops in allergic rhinitis,analyze the therapy effect with the IgE and the trace elements of manganese,provide the reference for clinical treatment.Methods Before using the Dermatophagoides farinae drops,determine the IgE level and trace elements manganese in the allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed,total 80 cases.Surveyed the treatment effect after one year,analyzed and compared with different IgE level and the trace element manganese.Results After using the Dermatophagoides farinae drops 1 year,the symptom improved percentage was the highest 74.7% in 2 groups.Symptoms improved percentage between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;the symptoms improved percentage of low manganese group was lower than the normal,there was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions The effect of two groups（IgE 100~200 U/ml） was better than 1 group（IgE 0~100 U/ml） and three groups（IgE200 U/ml）,three groups（IgE200 U/ml） was better than one group（IgE 0~100 U/ml）;Low manganese group was worse than the normal group.
