摘要
讨论了磷石膏转化为建筑石膏的可行性 ,确定了实验室的最佳炒制制度。同时利用XRD和SEM扫描电镜等现代测试手段 ,研究了外加剂的种类与掺量对产品性能的影响。结果表明 ,掺加复合增强剂CA后 ,可使产品的抗折和抗压强度分别提高100 %与179 %。
The paper discusses the feasibility about phosphogypsum changing into calcined gypsum,decides the best burning program in laboratory,researches the influence for the kinds of additive and its content to the product properties by modern test methods as XRD and SEM scanning electronic microscope.Results indicates,the bending strength and compressive strength of the product may be increased respectively 100%and 170% after added composition strengthening agent CA.
