心脉隆注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Xinmailong injection on chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察心脉隆注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法将100例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组(53例)和治疗组(47例),对照组予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用心脉隆注射液,以5mg/kg 2次/d,5天为一疗程,观察用药前后患者LVEF、LvDd、CI、C反应蛋白、BNP变化。结果两组治疗5d后LVEF、CI均有所上升,LvDd和C反应蛋白,BNP明显下降,心功能较治疗前均有所改善,对照组有效率达77.35%,而治疗组有效率可达93.62%,其差异有统计学意义。结论心脉隆注射液可改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心脏功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the therapeutic result of Xinmailong injection on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 100chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group（53 patients） and control group（47 patients）.Control group received routine treatment.On this basis,treatment group additionally used Xinmailong injection of 5mg/kg with intravenous drip twice per day.5d a course,LVEF,LvDd,CI,CRP and BNP were observed before and after the treatment.Results The LVEF,CI increase significantly after treatment in the two groups than before,LvDd and BNP,CRP were significantly decreased after 5d of treatment heart function had improved in both groups,total effective rate was 93.62% in treatment group,which was higher than the 77.35% of control group and the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions For the patients with CHF,Xinmailong injection treatment can improve cardiac function and quality of life.
