摘要
首先构建了装备维修保障能力指标体系;然后,应用层次分析和群组决策相结合的方法计算出装备维修保障能力指标体系中的各个指标的权重;最后运用多级模糊综合评判法建立了装备维修保障能力评估的数学模型,并给出了实例验证,结果表明该模型的可行性和实用性,为部队改进维修保障方案提供了客观依据。
This paper firstly establishes equipment maintenance support capability index system. Then the weight of each index has been calculated by using group decision-making method and AHP. Finally,the mathematics model of maintenance support capability evaluation has been built according to multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. Example has been verified. The result shows efficiency and practicability. It makes a reference to improve the maintenance program for the troops.
