玉米烟嘧磺隆敏感基因的遗传分析及基因定位 被引量:6

摘要 磺酰脲类除草剂烟嘧磺隆由于低用量、低毒、广谱及使用方便等特点而被广泛使用。对包括Wny-1和yn-6在内的81个玉米自交系进行烟嘧磺隆敏感性试验,并以Wny-1和yn-6为亲本进行烟嘧磺隆敏感性遗传研究。通过Wny-1和yn-6杂交、回交得到F1、BC1群体,进而分析烟嘧磺隆敏感性遗传规律;利用BC1群体中的烟嘧磺隆敏感单株对该敏感基因进行SSR标记定位。结果表明,81个玉米自交系中有8个敏感,73个耐烟嘧磺隆;yn-6对烟嘧磺隆的敏感性由1对隐性核基因控制,该基因位于第5染色体短臂上5S-96和5S-78标记之间,物理距离约为0.18 Mb,暂时将该基因命名为nsfy。 The sulfonylurea herbicide, nicosulfuron, has been used widely and rapidly for weed control, because its advantages such as low application rates,low toxicity, broad-spectrum and flexible application. A total of 81 corn inbreds including Wny-1 and yn-6 were evaluated for tolerance to nicosulfuron. F1, BC1 populations were constructed on the basis of the hybridization between Wny-1 and yn-6 and were used for genetic analysis of nicosulfuron sensi- tivity. Sensitive plants in BC1 population were used for mapping this gene with SSR markers. Of 81 inbreds evalua- ted,73 were resistant and 8 were susceptible. A single recessive nuclear gene which was located on the short arm of chromosome 5 determined sensitivity to nicosulfuron in yn-6. This gene was mapped between 5S-96 and 5S-78 with physical distance of 0.18 Mb and temporarily named nsfy.
