In this experiment, bovine oviductal epithelial cell was successfully primary cultured, subcutured and purified in vitro. The biological characteristics of these cells were studied by using scanning electron microscope,immunohisto-chemical, the growth curve, flow cytometry image.A stable and highly purified culture in vitro method for bovine oviductal epithelial cell was stablished, which laid a foundation for the further study of embryo co-culture and bovine nuclear transfer.
