摘要 目的建立测定灯盏细辛注射液中砷(As)、汞(Hg)限量的检测方法。方法采用氢化物–原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg含量。结果在所选定的测定条件下,As、Hg的回收率分别为97.1%、90.2%(n=6)。结论此方法操作简便、快速,可用于灯盏细辛注射液中As、Hg残留量的测定。 To establish the methods for the content determination of arsenic (As) and mercury (Hg) in Dengzhanxixin Injection. Methods The As and Hg were measured by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Results Under all the selected determination conditions, the recovery rates of As and Hg were 97.1% and 90.2%, respectively (n=6). Conclusion The methods are simple and rapid to operate and can be used for the determination of residual As and Hg in Dengzhanxixin Injection.
