摘要
文章主要针对给水泵汽轮机的关键部件高压钻孔式喷嘴组制造工艺的难点作一介绍。该钻孔式喷嘴组的各汽道型腔结构均选用国际较先进的内扩胀型线,此型腔的型线复杂,制造精度很高,在制造过程中无法用先进的数控设备加工,必须设置专用的工艺装备来实现各汽道的型线。对此,文章针对钻孔式喷嘴组制造难度,提出加工高压钻孔式喷嘴组的制造工艺及工装设计。
This article mainly describes the manufacture process difficulty for HP hole drilling type nozzle group which is the key part for feed water pump turbine.The advanced internal expansion profile is adopted for the space structure of steam passage of this nozzle group.The advanced CNC machining tool cannot be used in manufacturing process and the special process device must be made to machining those profiles because of complicated profile and higher accuracy of manufacture.In this article,the manufacture process and design of process device are mentioned for machining HP hole drilling type nozzle group in connection with the machining difficulty of such part.
