摘要
随着航运业的快速发展,对船员提出了更高的要求,亟需新的船舶电站实训系统。文章介绍了船舶电站实训系统的通讯网络及通讯方式,并着重介绍了上位机与西门子PLC ET200S通讯的实现方法—利用VB6.0和OPC自动化接口,通过同步或异步访问的方式获得ET200S主机和从机的数据。此方法具有极强的通用性,使不同厂商的硬件设备、软件之间能够互相连接、通信和操作,极大提高了工控系统的开放性和互操作性。经过长期的生产实践,证明此方法稳定可靠。
With the rapid development of the shipping industry,higher requirements for the crew are put forward,there is an urgent need for a new ship power station training system.This paper introduced the communication network and the mode of communication of the ship power station training system,focused on the communication method between PC and Siemens PLC ET200S—using VB6.0 and OPC automation interface,got the data of ET200S host and slave through the synchronous and asynchronous access way.This method has very strong generality,which can link,communicate and operate the hardware devices and software for different manufactures,greatly improved the openness and interoperability of the industrial control system.After the long term production practice,this method is proved to be stable and reliable.
