新形势下我国竞技体育改革方向及演进态势分析——基于转型陷阱及自组织理论视角

Direction of Reform and Evolution Trend of Competitive Sports in new Situation:Based on Transformation Traps and Self-organization Theory

以转型陷阱和自组织理论为视角,对我国竞技体育体制改革出现的问题进行研究,研究认为:在渐进式改革的进程中,使转型过程停滞并定型化的机会很多;中国竞技体育在29届奥运会后最现实的问题是改革的停滞,要打破转型陷阱,需要正确理解改革、发展、稳定三者之间的内在联系,界定好政府改革中的角色定位,正视转型陷阱格局,把加快扭转转型陷阱紧迫感同科学求实的精神结合起来,形成解决社会矛盾和冲突的制度化方式,激活涨落因子,推进我国竞技体育体制进一步完善和发展。

This paper,based on the theory of transition traps and self-organization,analyzes the problems of competitive sports system reform in China.The results show that in the process of gradual reform model,there exist a lot of opportunities for stagnation and the stereotyped;after the 29th Olympic Games,the import problem of China＇s sports system is the stagnation of the reform.If we want to break the state transition trap,the state will need to understand the intrinsic link of reform,development and stability,to define the role of government,to face up the transformation of the trap pattern,to bring together the sense of urgency in promoting the reversal of transition trap and the spirit of science and pragmatism,and draw up the law of the institutionalization of social contradictions and conflicts,and to activate fluctuation factor for promoting further improvement and development of China＇s competitive system.
