全运会体育场馆建设与赛后利用研究

Establishment of Palestras and Utilization after the 12th National Games

2013年第十二届全运会即将在辽宁省举办,全运会对于辽宁既是一次难得的发展机遇,也是一次严峻的挑战。完善的场馆建设与有效的赛后运营必将大大加速辽宁城市的发展;反之,全运会也会给城市发展造成后患,甚至出现后全运时期经济衰退的现象。从社会学、经济学、管理学的角度对以往体育场馆建设以及赛后利用问题进行分析,总结其经验教训,指出辽宁全运会体育场馆建设将要面临的挑战,提出在融资、建筑设计和后期运营等方面的针对性建议。

The 12th National Games will be held in 2013,and it is not only a rare development opportunity,but also a serious test to Liaoning Province.The development of the conurbations would be speeded up if the venue construction and operation after game are managed well,or the development would be hindered,even be trapped into an economic recession.The establishment of palestras and their utilization are examined under a framework consisted by management,sociology,and economics science,and the lessons of past National Games are concluded in the paper.The challenges that the establishment of palestras and their utilization after the 12th National Games will face are pointed out,and the countermeasures about finance,building design,and later operations are presented.
