摘要
管理者是体育场馆运行的中流砥柱,起着承上启下的管理作用,在职责范围内自主决策,处理场馆运转中的具体事务,具有执行者与决策者双重身份。基于执行力理论探讨体育场馆管理者执行力内涵与层次结构,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,运用定量和定性研究相结合的方法,提出体育场馆管理者执行力内在结构由组合运行与目标推动力、控制执行时效力、团队建设与协调力、服务关系意识能力、前瞻力等5因素组成,能反映大型体育场馆管理者执行力的系统行为特征。开发大型体育场馆管理者执行力的测评工具,将有助于推动我国体育场馆科学化的评价体系研究。
The managers are the mainstay of large-scale gymnasiums operation,playing a managing role in connection.They make their own decisions to handle specific affairs of gymnasiums operation in the areas of responsibility,so they both have executive and decision maker double identity.Through literature study,expert interview,questionnaire and other research methods,combined with quantitative and qualitative research,this paper studies the content and hierarchical structure of executive power of gymnasiums managers.The paper suggests that the inner structure of managers' executive power is consisted of five factors,namely,combined operation and goal driving force,efficacy of controlling the execution,team building and coordination strength,consciousness ability of service relationship,forward-looking force.This inner construct can reflect systematic behavior characteristics of managers' executive power.The paper also develops assessment tool about large-scale gymnasiums managers' executive power.This questionnaire will promote gymnasiums scientific estimating system research in China.
