论影响葡萄糖在骨骼肌和心肌中转运的因素

Factors of Glucose Transport in Skeletal Muscles

摘要 就近期国外在此方面发表的文章进行了归纳总结,主要论述了AMP激活蛋白激酶(AMPK)、钙、锂离子、雌性激素和生长激素及糖朊在骨骼肌和心肌的葡萄糖转运过程中所起的协同或抑制作用。 Published literature reported that glucose transport in skeletal muscles was mainly mediated and controlled by Glucose transporter type 4(Glut-4).There are three major factors affecting glucose transport in muscles.They are insulin,exercise or muscle contraction and hypoxia.Many other factors can affect glucose transport in skeletal and heart muscle as well,such as multi kinases,calcium,hormones,glycogen,medicines and food etc.This article mainly reviews these types of published papers and especially discusses the increasing or decreasing effect of AMPK,Calcium and Lithium,female hormone,and growth hormone and glycogen on glucose transport in skeletal and heart muscles.
