薄层沥青-水泥混凝土复合式路面轴载换算研究

摘要 薄层沥青-水泥混凝土复合式路面作为新型的重载交通路面结构,针对其轴载换算的研究较少,而轴载换算是路面结构设计中最重要的步骤之一,所以对其轴载换算的研究尤为重要。以弹性层状体系理论为基础,以路表弯沉值、水泥混凝土板层底拉应力、沥青面层层底拉应力为换算指标,通过变换不同的轴载及胎压,采用apbi弹性层状体系程序计算了薄层沥青-水泥混凝土复合式路面轴载换算公式中的轴载比指数b值,得出以路表弯沉值为换算指标的b值为0.984,以水泥混凝土板层底拉应力为换算指标的b值为0.49,而通过计算发现该种路面结构形式沥青面层为受压层,认为以沥青面层层底拉应力为换算指标不适用于该结构,推荐以路表弯沉值做为薄层沥青-水泥混凝土复合式路面轴载换算指标。 Thin asphalt - cement concrete composite pavement is a new form for heavy traffic, research of Alex Road Conversion for it is not enough. However Alex Road Conversion is one of the most important part for pavement design, so research of Alex Road Conversion for thin asphalt - cement concrete composite Pavement is very important. The article treated road surface deflection values, cement concrete slab bottom stress and asphalt surface layers bottom stress as the conversion indicators basing on elastic layer theory. Using apbi to calculate b value, the results were: using Road surface deflection values, the b was 0. 984; using cement concrete slab bottom stress, the b was 0. 49 ; using asphalt surface layers bottom stress, the b was not a stable value, all the resullts were negative values which represented pressure stress. The conclusion was the method of using asphalt surface layers bottom stress as the conversion indicators was not suitable for this pavement, recommended using road surface deflection values as the conversion indicators for thin asphalt - cement concrete composite pavement.
