摘要
针对HMAC的功能要求,基于高模量改性机理的特殊性,通过室内正交试验对马歇尔试验中的干拌时间、拌和时间、拌和温度及击实温度几项关键参数进行定量研究,并得出各相关因素对空隙率、稳定度、流值与马歇尔模数几项指标影响程度的排序结果。基于HMAC特点对中国马歇尔设计方法进行调整,提出关键的几项参数的解决措施,从而为高模量沥青混合料设计提供了一定的设计依据。
Combining with of the modified mechanism of the characteristics of the functional requirements of the HMAC and the specificity additive, the orthogonal design method was used for the quantitative research on the Marshall test parameters, such as time of dry mixing, mixed time, mixing temperature, compaction temperature , and the sequence results of influencing degree of all kinds of influence factors to affect voids, marshall stability, flow value, marshall module in high modulus asphalt mixtures were got. Marshall design method was adjusted to suit the test parameters for the HMAC, and summarized for applications and promoted a set of the HMAC method of mix design in our country, presented several solusions :for volume indexes. The results provided the foundation for the material composition design of high modulus asphah mixture.
