大学生村官计划:积极效应、制约因素及其政策建议——基于福建省建瓯市大学生村官的调查

通过对福建省建瓯市大学生村官的调研,了解了大学生村官的生活工作状况。大学生村官计划的积极效应主要体现在农村发展和个人发展方面,但也存在一些制约其持续发展的因素,分析提出大学生村官计划持续发展的政策建议:(1)确立选聘大学生村官的正确理念;(2)持续下派大学生村官,争取一村一名大学生;(3)适当提高大学生村官生活补贴;(4)加强对大学生村官的动态管理;(5)重点考虑解决大学生村官的出路问题。

By the survey of the college graduates as village cadres in Jian＇ou City, Fujian Province~ the paper shows their living and working conditions, points Out the plan＇s positive effects lying in rural development and individual development and its restricting factors.
