基于区域经济社会特点的高职特色专业建设

The characteristic specialty construction in higher vocational college based on the characters of regional society and economy

高职教育在快速发展中暴露出专业特色不突出、学生不能完全满足用人单位要求的问题。针对人才培养与需求的矛盾,本文提出基于区域经济社会特点,培养特色人才的应对措施。

During the fast development process of higher vocational education, some problems showed up, such as lack of specialty feature and that graduates can not meet the requirements of the employing entity. In order to resolve these problems, this paper put forward some countermeasures for specialty feature talent training based on the characters of regional society and economy.
