摘要 为解决一类带有时变时滞不确定系统的鲁棒稳定性控制问题,通过细化不确定信息的结构,利用Lya-punov泛函方法,通过构造一种新的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函,给出了基于线性矩阵不等式的一种新的鲁棒稳定性判据。所得结论具有普遍性,所提方法不依赖于系统分解,适用于标准和非标准情形。 In order to deal with the stibility, a class of sability control problem for uncertain time-varying delay systems with state delay is investigated. By materializing the uncertained structural informations, we construct a newly simpler LK (Lyapunov-Krasovskii) functionals for SPSs (Singularly Perturbed Systems) with time-varying delays, the new robust stability eriterias are derived by constructing appropriate L-K functional based LMIs( Line- ar Matrix Inequalities) method. Which theorems deduced possess universality. The proposed methods do not de- pend on the system decomposition and therefore can be applied to both standard and nonstandard SPSs with time- delays.
