高铁酸钾预氧化强化混凝处理混合染料废水 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究高铁酸钾与混凝剂联用法在不同条件下对混合染料废水的处理效果,确定对混合染料废水处理效果的最佳工艺参数.方法在六联搅拌机反应器中,对不同因素条件下的处理效果进行研究,采用高铁酸钾预氧化强化混凝法分析.结果最佳工艺参数为硫酸铝的投加量为15 mg/L,搅拌时间为20 min,搅拌速度60 r/min,沉淀时间40 min,反应pH为6~7.高铁酸钾预氧化强化混凝法对混合染料废水有很好的处理效果,色度除率能达到95%以上,COD去除率为91.15%.结论硫酸铝的投加量、反应pH值、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、沉淀时间对混合染料废水去除均有影响;高铁酸钾预氧化强化混凝能够有效地去除混合染料废水. The study is aimed to research the effectiveness of Ferrate (VI)combined with coagulant treating the mixed dye wastewater under different conditions, and determine the corresponding parameters for work. The major method is in a mixing reactor studying the treatment effect in different factor conditions. Finally, The best parameters is pH = 6 - 7, the aluminum sulfate = 15 mg/L, the mixing time = 20 min, the mixing speed = 60 r/min, the settling time = 40 min. The results show that Ferrate pretreatment for enhancing removal of mixed dye wastewater method is very good for treatment of mixed dye wastewater, and the removal rate is more than 95%, and the removal rate of COD = 91.15% ;Aluminum sulfate dosage, pH value, mixing time.mixing speed and settling time have an impact on the removal of mixed dye wastewater;Ferrate pretreatment for enhancing removal of mixed dye wastewater method can effectively treat mixed dye wastewater.
