Social Responsibility of the Enterprises: Concept,Evaluation and Performance

社会和谐,企业有责,随着企业公民社会责任理论的兴起,企业社会责任的履行成为公众关注的焦点。本文就社会责任的概念及其发展进行了回顾,在此基础上提出了企业社会责任履行的评价指标体系并就推动我国企业社会责任履行提出了建议。通过企业社会责任的理论研究,有助于企业对社会责任的理解,提高企业社会责任履行的自觉性。

Enterprises have social responsibility to build a harmonious society. With the rise of the theory of the social re- sponsibility, the performance of the enterprise＇s social responsibility has become the focus of public concern. On the basis of related literature review, this article puts forward evolutional system of corporate social responsibility; finally brings forward a series of recommendations. The study of corporate social responsibility theory is helpful for improving the con- sciousness of corporate social responsibilityl.
