摘要
190系列发动机冷却系统采用单级离心式水泵,其作用主要是提高冷却水的压力,迫使冷却水在冷却系统内较快地循环流动,以实现强制冷却循环。本项目主要模拟发动机正常工作状况,试验水泵的密封性能。190系列发动机正常工作状态下有两种额定转速,额定水温75~85℃,本实验台模拟在以上条件下,通过电磁流量计显示流量读数,测试水泵密封性能。
The 190 series engine cooling system uses single grade centrifugal pump to improve the cooling water pressure and force cooling water circling in the cooling system rapidly, and realize a forced cooling cycle. The project mainly simulates the normal working conditions of engines and tests the pump sealing performance. Normally, the 190 series engines serve at two kinds of the rated speed and at rated water temperature of 75 -85℃. The test bench simulates the above conditions, test the pump sealing performance via the readings that electromagnetic flowmeter displays.
