对中国“三过”教育现状的分析及对策探索 被引量:24

An Analysis of Excessive Education in China and Their Countermeasures

摘要 中国教育存在"学前教育过早、基础教育过度、高等教育过量"。导致"三过"教育的主要原因是:以"分数论成败"的升学考试制度,教辅资料泛滥,以牟利为目的的培训机构诱惑家长和学生,起跑线理论和精英思维的诱导,教师考核制度的偏差,高校等级制度和招生录取制度问题,人才市场的高消费等。如何解决"三过"教育?要更新观念、解放思想、深化改革,借鉴外国成功经验,具体提出了八方面的对策建议。 Excessive education in China exists at three stages of education: the preschool education, the elementary education and the higher education. Too early preschool education and excessive elementary and higher education have become the major problems in China' s education. The above problems are brought about by the following reasons : the score of the student in entrance examination as the only decisive factor; the flooding of supplementary materials in teaching and learning; temptations from profits - orientated training institutions, the misleading starting - line theory and the elite sense, deviation of the teacher assessment system, rank system of colleges and universities and enrollment system, and high consumption of the talent market. The paper suggests that to solve these problems China' s education should renew ideas, emancipate the mind, deepen reform, and draw successful experiences from other countries, then the author puts forwards eight specific countermeasures.
