中国在非洲一体化进程中的作用

China's Role in African Integration

2002年非盟成立以来,非洲一体化进程正在加速推进之中。一体化的主要动力来自区域内部,但也不可否认国际社会发挥的积极作用。事实上,在新兴大国崛起和中非合作大发展的背景下,中国在非洲一体化进程中的作用日益明显:中非在基础设施建设方面的成就,为非洲一体化奠定物质基础;中国支持非洲区域和次区域组织在区域一体化方面发挥积极作用;中非合作增强了非洲集体身份的认同,进而有助于非洲一体化。与此同时,非洲一体化为深化中非合作带来新的机遇。中国应该抓住这一机遇,以非洲一体化为新契机,开拓新的合作领域,促进中非关系可持续发展。

Since the establishment of African Union in 2002, African integration has been in great progress. Though the main impetus of African integration lies in Africa itself, it can not be denied that the international societies play an active role in African integration. In fact, with the rise of new world powers and the great development of China - Africa cooperation, China＇ s role in African integration has become more and more evident. China- Africa＇s successful cooperation in infrastructure provides African integration with material foundation. China plays a positive role in supporting the regional integration of African regional organizations and sub - regional organizations. China - Africa＇ s cooperation has enhanced the collective identity of Africa, which is helpful to African integration. Meanwhile, African integration brings a new opportunity to deepen China - Africa cooperation. China should seize this opportunity, and open up new areas for corporation and promote the sustainable development of China - Africa cooperation.
