摘要
肾癌(renal cell careinoma,RCC)约占所有恶性肿瘤的2%~3%,其发病率以每年2%的速度增长。仅2009年,全美新诊断肾癌患者达57760例,并有12980例患者因肾癌死亡。但随着人们健康意识和生活水平的提高,典型的以疼痛、血尿、腹部包块三联征为表现的肾癌已经非常少见,而早期肾癌尤其是体检发现的无症状的小肾癌越来越占主要地位。
