当前高校大学生思想状况存在不少隐忧,思想政治教育的方式方法也有待改进。职业生涯规划蕴涵着丰富的思想政治教育理念,二者在情感交流、自我认知、思想引领、人生激励等方面存在共性和互补关系。以职业生涯规划为载体加强思想政治教育,将更加贴近学生、贴近生活、贴近社会,帮助大学生树立起正确的人生观、价值观和就业观,从容应对人生挑战,更好地顺应社会发展的要求,从而提高思想政治教育的生动性和实效性。

Nowadays, there are a lot of hidden troubles in college students＇ ideological situation anti the ways and means of ideological and political education also need to be improved. Career planning entails abundant educational concepts of the ideological and political education. The career planning and the ideological and political education are complementary and share similarities in terms of emotional communication, self-perception, thoughts leading, motivational encouragement of life. Strengthening ideological and political education by utilizing career planning as a platform is much approachable to students, everyday life, and communities. It will also help the college students to set up a correct view of philosophy, value and employment so that the students may deliberately face the challenge of life and cater the need of the development of the society. Consequently, the vividness and effectiveness of ideological and political education will be improved.
