摘要
在碱性条件性下,以环氧氯丙烷为联接剂将β-环糊精接枝到微晶纤维素表面.通过紫外分光光度法研究了该功能化纤维素对肉桂酸的包合吸附能力,每克纤维素可吸附18.375mg肉桂酸,产品中β-环糊精的质量分数高达14%.纤维素表面的β-环糊精保留了天然环糊精的包合特性,是一种优良的固相萃取剂.
Under alkaline condition,β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was grafted onto microcrystalline cellulose powder by us- ing epiehlorohydrin as a chemical linking agent to afford a type of functionalized cellulose. The adsorption behavior of cinnamic acid on the funetionalized cellulose was determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the adsorption capability was 18.375mg-g-1. The mass fraction of β-CD in the product reached up to 14 percent. The β-CD supported on cellulose preserved the inclusion ability as natural β-CD.
